Superior place to stay. Very nice people on front desk and overall staff helpful. Apartments well equipped with convenient parking and nice location. Territory is nice. Good hot water that is hot and nice kitchen. Very happy. Thank you. Will come back for sure. And great beds to with good mattresses.

Superior place for business and private travels. Must importantly - all people on facility are willing and able to help and to make your stay great. Rooms are great. Good bed and kitchen is well equipped. Very convenient parking. Special thanks to people atbfront desk and Manager for extra arrangements and going extra mile. I got unfortunate rib injury in my previous travels and here we got very needed help with heavy luggage that we have due to extended overseas travels. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you

The owner and the staff are nice people normal down to earth, They took me and my family last second. the room to be honest. more than I expected, The renovations were tastefully done, So good that to the point if it wasn’t a hotel you would want to actually live here, Could it be dirty .. well it all depends who lived in the room before or who was checking into the room before but overall its clean. The matter of the fact is that if you wanted it to be cleaner, you can have add it And the final touch the final cleaning will make the room feel just like a home.

My girlfriend and I just finished a long stay at Interurban Suites and it was absolutely fantastic! Honestly, it felt more like a home base than a hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a longer trip, which was a huge relief. Also, I have to give a massive shout-out to Travis! That guy is a serious rockstar! From the moment we checked in, he was incredibly welcoming and just genuinely friendly. Any time we had a question or needed something, he was on it right away and always more than accommodating. You can tell he actually cares about the guests, and that kind of service makes all the difference. It’s a great location, too—easy to get around and next to a bunch of major stores! We'll absolutely be back next time we're in the Tukwila area. Highly recommend this place, especially if you need somewhere for more than just a night or two! I’ve been staying at Urban Suites and Hotel and it’s honestly the closest thing you’ll get to true apartment-style living while still being in a hotel. The property is fully renovated and very well maintained. They offer studios and one-bedroom units, and I believe there are a few two-bedrooms as well, though those are usually booked quickly. The units are fully furnished, including a real kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans, which makes a huge difference for longer stays. The pricing is very fair for what you get, especially compared to bouncing between hotels while trying to secure an apartment. Yes, it’s an investment, but you’re paying for stability, comfort, and quality. One thing I really appreciate is how modern and secure the place is. If you’re staying long-term, you can have a personal door code set, and they also provide key cards for convenience. The staff is truly one of the best parts of this place. They’re accommodating, understanding, and genuinely work with you when life gets a little tight instead of immediately pushing you out the door. That kind of humanity is rare and incredibly appreciated. The grounds are always clean, and there’s a nice workout room that’s open 24/7. They’re also working on a spa area that isn’t open yet but is supposed to include things like a massage chair, which will be a great addition. Maintenance has been excellent as well. Any issues, whether it’s a TV problem, door code, or something else, are handled quickly and without hassle. The only downside I’ve experienced is the shower setup. The curved shower rod is installed in a way that forces the curtain to sit too high so it doesn’t interfere with the door, which causes water to get all over the bathroom floor. It’s a design choice I don’t quite understand, and I hope they eventually change it. That said, it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. I simply replaced the rod myself and solved the issue. Overall, I wouldn’t even take away a star for that. The care, cleanliness, responsiveness, and overall living experience here more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a long-term stay that feels like a real home rather than just another hotel room, this place is absolutely worth considering.

I honestly can't say enough good things about our stay at Interurban Suites. We were in town for a few weeks and needed a place that felt more like an apartment than a hotel room, and this was it. The suite was incredibly clean, spacious, and the full kitchenette was an absolute lifesaver for a longer stay. What really made the experience stand out was the amazing service. Travis, in particular, was fantastic. He was always so welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It's rare to find that level of genuine care. I needed a place to stay and work remotely while my condo was being worked on. The palce was perfect from the location to the amount of space in my room. Allowed me to spread out without any stress.

We booked the Executive suite. I had such a great stay here! The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was super clean, comfy, spacious — exactly what I needed. The whole place has a really nice, modern, relaxing vibe. I also loved the xl balcony, views and the location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet enough to unwind. Honestly, everything about my stay was easy and enjoyable. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free getaway!
